Terms of Service
Dog Security
Friendly/well-behaved dogs may be welcome to stay out while service is performed. The Client is responsible for securing aggressive and/or dangerous dogs. Service technicians maintain discretion not to enter a property if they feel unsafe or unable to complete job duties.
Accessibility
The Client is responsible for having the scoop area accessible when a technician arrives. Service technicians are not responsible for jumping, climbing, or crawling in order to enter a scoop area. If the scoop area is inaccessible upon arrival, the technician may attempt to knock/ring doorbell and send a text message one time. If no immediate answer or if scoop area cannot be made immediately accessible, the technician will move onto the next route stop.
Schedules/Routes
Visits are scheduled when a technician is in a certain area performing a weekly route. Accommodations may not be made for specific service days or times requested by the Client. Service appointments are set for a specific day of the week and do not guarantee a specified time of arrival. Route schedules are subject to change based on business need.
Billing
Recurring service is billed monthly for approximately 4.3 weeks each month. Billing calculation example: ($X) per weekly visit × 52 weeks per year ÷ 12 months per year = ($Y) per month. One-Time and Initial Cleans are billed based on time to complete service. The Client should inform Cut The Crap Pet Waste Removal LLC for necessary billing changes such as number of dogs or service frequency.
Additional Area/Difficulty Fees
Base pricing for recurring service includes a scoop area up to 5000 square feet based on reasonably well maintained yard conditions. Additional charges may apply for scoop areas greater than 5000 square feet and/or multiple obstructions such as numerous trees, leaves, debris, yard equipment, playsets, uncut grass, etc. Additional charges may apply for effort necessary to remove waste from non-grassy areas such as rock/flower beds, concrete/cement, wood decks, etc. or if waste production is unusually excessive for the number of dogs being billed.
Payment
Invoices for recurring service are due the 14th of every month. Monthly invoices cover service from the 15th of the month due until the 14th of the following month. Service cycle example: (July 15th – August 14th). One Time/Initial Clean invoices are due upon receipt and/or before visit. Payments are only accepted via the electronic payment methods available directly through the invoice. A manual processing fee may apply if exceptions are made for payment methods not available on the invoice.
Non-Payment
Recurring service visits will be suspended if payment is not received before start of service cycle on the 15th. Service visits may resume after payment has been made. Past due invoices for recurring service will be canceled before end of calendar month. One-Time/Initial clean (deposit) invoices will be canceled if not paid before visit date. A late fee may apply 14 days past due for any unpaid service completed. Past due invoices beyond 90 days may be sent to a collection agency. Cut The Crap Pet Waste Removal LLC ultimately reserves the right not to complete any service not paid in full.
